Music at Museums
I join others in commending the inclusion of concerts in museums. Music brings another facet of the artistic to museums, complements the art, and serves in support of museums. What better place for music, than alongside art? ...notwithstanding acoustics!

I'm a student until May. I'll be graduating then and..... well, I'm working on the next part. Some opportunities are beginning to come up, though, and it looks like I might be in Boston for a while. Look me up if you find yourself with some free time while in town!

I received your email about records management programs. I would start by establishing a records retention policy. When you do your records survey your record types, and establish the retention period, you will know what you can dispose of immediately. If you would like to discuss further, please email me directly.

I agree that the Roundtables and Virtual Debate do not have to be mutually exclusive -- it's not an either or thing. I am concerned that too many Roundtables will weaken communication. But, that's not an issue that will be solved in a brief comment. In any event, I've been working all day on coding XML and writing. Time to chill! I'm exhausted.
Yes, you're right, absolutely - archivists have to get on that 2.0 band wagon... I think that librarians are a bit ahead in the race...(from what I've seen)...
I'm not sure about the roundtables vs. virtual debate - I'm not sure that they have to be mutually exclusive - but maybe they do...
