Just came back from London attending the annual event 'Asian Art in London'. It was good to see many old clients and meet new people. Although many people were there at different cocktail openings, the market was quiet because of the current downfall of the economy. Victoria & Albert Museum also had a cocktail reception on Nov 4 and it was quite a big turn up. It was a fun night!

This catalogue I am working on is now almost all ready to go to press. The client was in Hong Kong for two short trips to work with me. Although I had to spend the whole day with him while he was here, we were able to get most of the work done. So the whole thing only takes 4 weeks from the time he started writing while I started designing the cover and some sample pages to finally printed. Not bad for a 100 page hand bound catalog with a fold out. Continue

After advising this antique dealer how to properly handle the captions and translation, he finally agreed to do it as I suggested. What a relief! Now I can just concentrate on the design.
