Project done for the Hellenic Ministry of Culture. The task was to design and create a series of DVDs for the 15 most important archaeological sites and museums of Hellenistic culture. We undertook the development of 5 of those under the heading "The Byzantine Empire". These included the Byzantine and Christian Museum which is located in Athens, the Museum of Byzantine Culture which is located in Thessaloniki and the sites at Mystras, the Medieval City of Rhodos, and Mount Athos.

110 Moments In Our History - exhibition

To celebrate the Bank of Cyprus's 110th year anniversary we were asked to design and create an exhibition that reflected the importance the bank has had in all aspect of Cyprus's history and its people.

The outside installation represented events from the bank's history from 1890 to the present day. Designed in two embracing semi circular forms the visitor could walk around it and inside it - each section emanating a different feeling of spatial freedom and embrace from what is the largest banking institution in Cyprus.

Inside we designed 5 interactive surfaces - where we were able to create a pop-up world for 6 main figures of Cyprus's history. Starting from 1890 until the present each character defined the era in which he or she lived in by achieving something great. Through these characters we were able to branch out and show all the history of Cyprus and the bank's.

A silent film about Delhi re-using archive footage from 1930s and 1950s and new music created with classical indian musicians for a live performance on World Heritage Day, April 2009.

HAVE YOU HEARD OF ARKO ART CENTER?

Check out this video of ARKO Art Center in Seoul! I found this promotional video and it basically shows the space of the museum and the programs it offers and whatnot.

I actually visited this place when I was in Seoul for my vacation! It's a cool place and there is a park nearby, where popular art performances are usually held.

I think the last exhibition that was held at ARKO Art Center was John Bock's 'Two Handbags in a Pickle'. And I made a short film about his exhibition while I was in Korea.

Anyways, anyone who is planning on visiting Seoul should definitely check out ARKO Art Center!
